To view the status of your orders, click the "My Account / Order Status" link in the top right corner of our website.
How do I alter the quantity or remove a product from my order?
To access orders you've placed, click the "My Account / Order Status" tab in the top right corner of our website. Next locate and modify your order by clicking the "Change quantities / cancel orders" option. Please be aware that once an order has started processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed.
How can I trace my purchase?
To track your order, click the "My Account / Order Status" tab in the top right corner of our website.
My order never came through.
Choose "My Account" for order status updates, click the "Order Status" link in the our website. Be sure every item in your order has already left the warehouse. The shipper should be contacted to confirm delivery of your packages if your order displays your package tracking numbers. Please contact customer service if each of your packages has the status "delivered".
From my package, one thing is missing.

How soon will my backorder be delivered?
Backordered goods are ones for which our suppliers cannot estimate when they will have more in stock; but, as soon as they do, we will be able to send the goods to you.
